“Sugitaya” is a 3 minute walk from JR Shin-Sugita Station, West Exit in Yokohama. We are the number one restaurant in direct affiliation to the very famous Iekei ramen shop, Yoshimuraya.
From the birthplace of Iekei ramen, we have been established for over 30 years since our predecessor. Not only are we focused on the authentic tastes and recipes, we strive to open more restaurants and maintain an environment that keeps a smile on our face.
The rich broth based on pork bones and a large amount of chicken bones, combined with a special soy sauce sauce reveals flavors that are sharp and rich, yet not overpowering…
